Sourcing is the use of one or more strategies to attract or identify candidates to fill job vacancies. It may involve internal and/or external advertising, using appropriate media, such as the official website of YES Pvt. Limited, Facebook page of the company, linked profile and other available jobsites. Besides we have a database of more than 20,000 CVs of which most of them are either mid level or top level professionals from all categories.
We do also have a group of talented employees working in the procurement department who are dedicated and goal oriented. They are using their qualification and experience to constantly procure CVs of potential candidates and job offers through direct communication and interaction.
After we receive a job offer from a company we always collect the complete job description that is necessary to find and shortlist a pool of qualified candidates. The job description includes the name of the position, job responsibility, educational qualifications, required experience for the post, job location, preferred industry background and the most important one is the remuneration package that includes other benefits as well.
Confidentiality is our company’s one of the most important priorities. We respect both the candidates and the company’s confidentiality related matters. We reveal the information of the job offer or the candidate only with the permission of the concerned party.
